§ 194. Payment of supplemental retirement allowances. On or before\nthe last day of each month, there shall be paid to each state retired\nemployee and state retired teacher, from the supplemental pension fund,\nthe monthly supplemental retirement allowance payment to which he may be\nentitled under the provisions of this article.\n
