Jurisdiction of certain actions relating to real property situate without the state

§ 121. Jurisdiction of certain actions relating to real property\nsituate without the state.  An action may be maintained in the courts of\nthis state to recover damages for injuries to real estate without the\nstate, or for breach of contracts or of covenants relating thereto,\nwhenever such an action could be maintained in relation to personal\nproperty without the state.  The action must be tried in the county in\nwhich the parties or some one thereof resides, or if no party resides\nwithin the state, in any county.\n
