§ 31. Change of location of principal office. A cooperative may, upon\nauthorization of its board of directors or its members, change the\nlocation of its principal office by filing a certificate reciting such\nchange of principal office, executed and acknowledged by its president\nor vice-president under its seal attested by its secretary, in the\ndepartment of state.\n
