§ 2623. Limitation of liability. 1. Neither the members of the\nauthority, nor any person or persons acting in its behalf, while acting\nwithin the scope of their authority, shall be subject to any personal\nliability resulting from carrying out any of the powers of this title.\n 2. The provisions of section seventeen of the public officers law\nshall apply to members, officers, and employees and agents of the\nauthority in connection with any and all claims, demands, suits, actions\nor proceedings which may be made or brought against any of them arising\nout of any determination made or actions taken or omitted to be taken in\ncompliance with any obligations under or pursuant to the terms of this\ntitle.\n
