New York Public Authorities Code § 2621

§ 2621. Annual report. The authority shall submit to the governor, the\nchairman of the senate finance committee, the chairman of the assembly\nways and means committee, the comptroller, the director of the budget,\nthe supervisor of the town of Johnsburg, the supervisor of the town of\nShandaken, the supervisor of the town of Middletown, and the supervisor\nof the town of North Elba within ninety days after the end of its fiscal\nyear, a complete and detailed report setting forth: (1) its operations\nand accomplishments and (2) its receipts and expenditures during such\nfiscal year in accordance with the categories or classifications\nestablished by the authority for its operating and capital outlay\npurposes. Such report shall not be required to be submitted in print if\nthe recipient of the report agrees to accept such report in electronic\nformat.\n
