Malingering

§ 130.109. Malingering. Any person subject to this code who for the\npurpose of avoiding work, duty, or service in the militia--\n  (1) feigns illness, physical disablement, mental lapse or derangement;\nor\n  (2) intentionally inflicts self-injury;\nshall be punished as a court-martial may direct.\n
