§ 130.108. Dueling. Any person subject to this code who, while on\nactive state duty or in a duty status other than active state duty,\nfights or promotes, or is concerned in or connives at fighting a duel,\nor who, having knowledge of a challenge sent or about to be sent, fails\nto report the fact promptly or the proper authority, shall be punished\nas a court-martial may direct.\n
