§ 274. Duty of special deputy clerks for the supreme court in Queens\ncounty. It shall be the duty of each of the special deputy clerks\nappointed by the supreme court justices residing in Queens county\npursuant to section one hundred and fifty-six of this chapter, to attend\neach session of the part or term of the supreme court to which he is\nassigned and keep the minutes thereof and to perform such other duties\nas shall be prescribed by the rules made by such justices; each such\nspecial deputy clerk shall be subject to the supervision of the county\nclerk, and shall possess the same power and authority as the county\nclerk at any sitting or term of the court which he attends, with respect\nto the business transacted thereat.\n
