Duty of confidential clerks to justices of supreme court in second, ninth and tenth districts

§ 272. Duty of confidential clerks to justices of supreme court in\nsecond, ninth and tenth districts.  It shall be the duty of the\nconfidential clerks appointed by justices of the supreme court for the\nsecond, ninth and tenth judicial districts to attend the sittings of the\nsaid court at all special terms and trial terms presided over by the\njustice by whom he is appointed, and to perform such other duties as\nshall be assigned to him by said justice.\n
