* § 680-d. Village of Victor urban renewal agency. A municipal urban\nrenewal agency, to be known as the village of Victor urban renewal\nagency, is hereby established for the accomplishment of any or all of\nthe purposes specified in articles fifteen and fifteen-A of this chapter\nand in accordance with article eighteen of the constitution of the state\nof New York. It shall constitute a body corporate and politic, and shall\nbe perpetual in duration and consist of five members, no more than two\nof whom may be members of the board of trustees to be appointed by a\nmajority of the members of the board of trustees, who shall hold office\nat the pleasure of the board of trustees. It shall have the powers and\nduties now or hereafter conferred by article fifteen-A of this chapter\nupon municipal renewal agencies. It shall be organized in the manner\nprescribed by and be subject to the provisions of article fifteen-A of\nthis chapter and the agency, its members, officers and employees and its\noperations and activities shall in all respects be governed by the\nprovisions of such article.\n  * NB There are 2 § 680-d's\n
