* § 680-d. Town of Haverstraw urban renewal agency. An urban renewal\nagency, to be known as the Town of Haverstraw urban renewal agency, is\nhereby established for the accomplishment of any or all of the purposes\nspecified in articles fifteen and fifteen-A of this chapter and in\naccordance with article eighteen of the constitution of the state of New\nYork. It shall constitute a body corporate and politic, be perpetual in\nduration and consist of five members, who shall be appointed by the town\nboard. Each member shall serve a term of five years. It shall have the\npowers and duties now or hereafter conferred by article fifteen-A of\nthis chapter upon municipal renewal agencies. It shall be organized in\nthe manner prescribed by and be subject to the provisions of article\nfifteen-A of this chapter and the agency, its members, officers and\nemployees and its operations and activities shall in all respects be\ngoverned by the provisions of such article.\n  * NB There are 2 § 680-d's\n
