§ 71-1931. Injunctions.\n  It shall be the duty of the Attorney General upon the request of the\ncommissioner to bring an action for an injunction against any person\nviolating any of the provisions of titles 1 through 11 inclusive and\ntitle 19 of article 17 or violating any rule or regulation promulgated\npursuant thereto, or any order or determination of the commissioner or a\ncondition of any certificate or permit issued by the department;\nprovided, however, that the department or the commissioner shall furnish\nthe Attorney General with such material, evidentiary matter or proof as\nmay be requested by the Attorney General for the prosecution of such an\naction. In any action for an injunction brought pursuant hereto any\nfinding of the commissioner or hearing officer or panel appointed and\ndesignated by the commissioner shall be prima facie evidence of the fact\nor facts found therein.\n
