§ 112. Eligibility for appointment. No person shall be ineligible for\nany appointment made under or pursuant to this act because he holds any\nother public office, employment, or trust, nor shall any person be made\nineligible to or forfeit his right to any public office, employment or\ntrust by reason of such an appointment under this act, notwithstanding\nany inconsistent provision of law.\n
