§ 111. Powers of the governor and the military forces of the state.\nNo provision of this act shall be construed or interpreted as expressing\na limitation directly or indirectly of the power of the governor or of\nthe military forces of the state to effectuate any or all of the\npurposes of this act or to execute the powers and duties otherwise\nvested in either of them. To the extent necessary for the implementation\nor coordination of any such powers or duties, the governor may execute\nor require or provide for the execution of any of the powers, granted by\nthis act to any agency or officer, in such manner as he deems necessary\nor proper.\n
