§ 100. Laws repealed. Chapter six hundred fifty-nine of the laws of\nnineteen hundred ten, entitled "An act in relation to the inferior\ncourts of criminal jurisdiction in the city of New York, defining their\npowers and jurisdiction and providing for their officers" and known as\nthe New York city criminal courts act, as amended, is hereby repealed.\nReference in any general, special or local law, charter, administrative\ncode, rule, regulation or public document to any provision of the New\nYork city criminal courts act, as in force and effect immediately prior\nto the time this act shall take effect, shall be deemed to be and\nconstrued as a reference to the corresponding provision or provisions of\nthis act, irrespective of whether such provision or provisions is or are\ncontained in one or more than one article, section, subdivision or other\npart thereof. The provisions of this act insofar as they are\nsubstantially the same as provisions of the New York city criminal\ncourts act, repealed by this act, shall be construed as a continuation\nof such repealed provisions, and not as new enactments.\n
