§ 235. Definitions. As used in this article, the following words and\nterms shall have the following meanings:\n  1. "Eligible applicants" include nonprofit organizations, associations\nor agencies. Eligible projects must focus on a specific sector or\nindustry cluster with a high potential for job creation in New York\nstate. Eligible projects may include, but are not limited to, print,\nbroadcast or electronic media campaigns, conferences, publications,\ndocumentary productions, instructional materials, and public\nexhibitions.\n  2. "Business marketing program" shall mean a program that promotes the\nstate's strengths and assets in one or more industry sectors, geographic\nregions or academic research institutions collaborating with such\nindustrial sectors on a state, national and international level.\n  3. "Eligible projects" include, but are not limited to, participation\nat key international and domestic trade shows and industry conferences,\nmarketing to corporate, site location consultants, and other key\ndecision makers for targeted technology sectors, and advertising in\ninfluential trade and other publications.\n
