§ 1205. Contents of petition. The petition shall briefly describe the\nfund or property with respect to which the proceeding is brought, and\nthe nature of the action or proceeding which gave rise to the fund or\nproperty. It may include one or more items, as the attorney-general may\nbe advised, without prejudice to his right subsequently to commence\nproceedings relating to other items not included. It shall also set\nforth the facts from which the court may find, or from which a\npresumption may arise, that (a) the rightful owner or owners of the fund\nor property are unknown; or (b) that they have died without having\ndisposed thereof, and without having left a will, disposing thereof and\nwithout having left any heirs, next-of-kin or distributees; or (c) that\nsuch property has been abandoned.\n
