Chapter 9, Article 22 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Veterans' Services Department Act". History: Laws 2004, ch. 19, § 1; 2011, ch. 40, § 1. The 2011 amendment, effective July 1, 2011, changed the statutory reference to the act.
