New Mexico Code § 63-7-21

[Disposition of fees.]

All moneys collected under the provisions of Chapter 194, Laws of 1951 [63-7-20 to 63-7-22 NMSA 1978], shall be deposited with the state treasurer and by him credited to the general fund.
