The Nursing Home Administrators Act does not apply to boardinghouses or to sheltered-care facilities. History: 1953 Comp., § 67-37-15, enacted by Laws 1970, ch. 61, § 15. Severability. — Laws 1970, ch. 61, § 16 provided for the severability of the Nursing Home Administrators Act if any part or application thereof is held invalid. Am.
