At least seven business days prior to a regularly scheduled meeting, the board shall make available to the public written or electronic notice of the time and agenda of the meeting. The board shall designate during each meeting a public comment period and shall offer the public an opportunity to comment. History: Laws 2006, ch. 15, § 11. Effective dates. — Laws 2006, ch. 15 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective May 17, 2006, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
