A district may cooperate with a person to: A. accept legitimate contributions or liens securing obligations of the district from the person with respect to the financing, planning, designing, engineering and construction of a regional spaceport and, in connection with a loan or advance, enter into contracts establishing the repayment terms; B. enter into contracts regarding the financing, planning, designing, engineering and construction of a regional spaceport; and C. enter into joint operating contracts with the authority concerning the financing, planning, designing, engineering and construction of a regional spaceport. History: Laws 2006, ch. 15, § 10. Effective dates. — Laws 2006, ch. 15 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective May 17, 2006, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
