Sections 48-1-1 through 48-1-7 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Uniform Federal Lien Registration Act". History: 1953 Comp., § 61-1-13, enacted by Laws 1967, ch. 253, § 6; 1988, ch. 44, § 5. The 1988 amendment, effective May 18, 1988, substituted "Sections 48-1-1 through 48-1-7 NMSA 1978" for "This Act" and deleted "Tax" following "Federal".
