Nothing in the Improvement Special Assessment Act shall be interpreted to pledge, offer or encumber the full faith and credit of a county. History: Laws 2023, ch. 150, § 10. Effective dates. — Laws 2023, ch. 150 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 16, 2023, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
