This act [4-55D-1 to 4-55D-10 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Improvement Special Assessment Act". History: Laws 2023, ch. 150, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2023, ch. 150 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 16, 2023, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
