Each board member shall be reimbursed as provided in the Per Diem and Mileage Act [10-8-1 through 10-8-8 NMSA 1978] when traveling on board business directly related to the District Attorney Personnel and Compensation Act. History: Laws 1991, ch. 175, § 6. Effective dates. — Laws 1991, ch. 175 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 14, 1991.
