There is created the "district attorney personnel review board". The board shall consist of five district attorneys, including a president, vice-president, secretary-treasurer and two voting members, all elected annually by the district attorneys. History: Laws 1991, ch. 175, § 5. Effective dates. — Laws 1991, ch. 175 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 14, 1991.
