Chapter 29, Article 13 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Law Enforcement Protection Fund Act". History: Laws 1983, ch. 289, § 1; 1993, ch. 179, § 2. The 1993 amendment, effective June 18, 1993, substituted "Chapter 29, Article 13 NMSA 1978" for "The provisions of Sections 1 through 9 of this act".
