Chapter 24, Article 14C NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Health Care Work Force Data Collection, Analysis and Policy Act". History: Laws 2011, ch. 152, § 1; 2012, ch. 16, § 1. The 2012 amendment, effective May 16, 2012, changed the statutory reference from "The act" to "Chapter 24, Article 14C NMSA 1978".
