Nothing in the Electronic Medical Records Act shall be construed to apply to a person operating as a property and casualty insurer, workers' compensation insurer, life insurer, long-term care insurer or disability income insurer. History: Laws 2009, ch. 69, § 9. Effective dates. — Laws 2009, ch. 69 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 19, 2009, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
