Portable hand washing facilities shall be provided with at least one hand wash facility to every one-to-ten portable toilets in public locations where portable toilets are required by law or ordinance. The facilities shall be in close proximity to the toilets. History: Laws 2005, ch. 190, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2005, ch. 190 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 17, 2005, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
