Receipts from public lands where no beneficiary is designated

The commissioner of public lands and the state treasurer are authorized to transfer
to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for the credit of the Carrie
Tingley crippled children's hospital program all receipts now held or which may hereafter
be received from any lands acquired by the state by purchase and placed under the
state land office where no beneficiary is specified, including Conchas dam lands.
