ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1989, ch. 247, § 8 repealed 23-2-8 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1941, ch. 27, § 1, relating to an appropriation for the hospital maintenance fund, effective June 16, 1989.
