Sections 1 through 4 [22-33-1 to 22-33-4 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Emergency Medication in Schools Act". History: Laws 2014, ch. 50, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2014, ch. 50 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective May 21, 2014, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
