This act [21-13A-1 to 21-13A-5 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Workforce Training Act". History: Laws 2003, ch. 30, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2003, ch. 30 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective on June 20, 2003, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
