Representative district fifty-four is composed of Chaves county precinct 104; Eddy county precincts 2 through 8, 22, 29 through 31, 40, 41, 43 and 53; and Otero county precincts 2 through 4, 13 through 17, 35, 53 through 55, 59, 60 and 63. History: Laws 2021 (2nd S.S.), ch. 6, § 60. Effective dates. — Laws 2021 (2nd S.S.), ch. 6 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective March 17, 2022, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
