The districts of the house of representatives shall be as set out in Sections 7 [2-7F-7 NMSA 1978] through 76 [2-7F-76 NMSA 1978] of the 2021 House Redistricting Act. History: Laws 2021 (2nd S.S.), ch. 6, § 6. Effective dates. — Laws 2021 (2nd S.S.), ch. 6 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective March 17, 2022, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
