58:5-11. Other municipalities may join Upon said hearing any municipality appearing may signify its desire to acquire such existing water supply or to obtain such new or additional water supply, and its willingness to join with other municipalities to that end, and to bear its share of the preliminary expenses, and shall at the same time state the quantity of water which it desires.
