58:10-23.11j4. Substitution Whenever in any law, rule, regulation, order, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding, or otherwise, reference is made to the administrator in the Department of the Treasury, the same shall be considered to mean and refer to the administrator in the Department of Environmental Protection.
