58:10-23.11j3. Transfer of employees After consultation between the commissioner and State Treasurer, the employees of the administrator, including the administrator, in the Department of the Treasury may be transferred to the Department of Environmental Protection. Nothing in this amendatory and supplementary act shall be construed to deprive these employees of any rights or protection provided them by the civil service, pension or retirement laws of this State.
