52:13C-21.3 Introduction of legislation for purposes of later employment, fourth degree crime. 1. Any governmental affairs agent who knowingly causes, influences, or otherwise secures the introduction of any legislation or amendment thereto for the purpose of thereafter being employed to prevent the passage thereof, shall upon conviction be guilty of a crime of the fourth degree.
