52:13C-21.2 Representation of adverse interest, fourth degree crime. 1. Any governmental affairs agent who knowingly represents an interest adverse to any of his employer's without first obtaining such employer's written consent thereto, after full disclosure to such employer of such adverse interest, shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a crime of the fourth degree.
