4:27-25 Construction of act. 36. Except as provided in section 3 of P.L.1979, c.111 (C.13:18A-3) as amended by section 35 of P.L.1997, c.236, nothing in this act shall be construed to modify the provisions of the "Pinelands Protection Act," P.L.1979, c.111 (C.13:18A-1 et seq.) or any regulations promulgated pursuant thereto and section 502 of the "National Parks and Recreation Act of 1978" (Pub.L. 95-625).
