4:27-24 Review of product liability insurance. 24. The Department of Banking and Insurance, in consultation with the Aquaculture Advisory Council, shall review product liability insurance within the State and determine how the coverage might be extended to various segments of the aquaculture industry, and make recommendations accordingly to all appropriate entities regarding any modifications that should be made to existing insurance coverage plans.
