24:10-57.22. Use of apparatus, containers, equipment, etc., for other purposes prohibited Apparatus, containers, equipment and utensils used in the production, handling, collecting, storage, processing or transporting of milk, milk products, fluid milk products or other wholesome beverages acceptable to the department and local boards of health, shall not be used for any other purpose.
