24:10-57.21. Sanitary conditions; health and habits of personnel The general sanitary conditions of any dairy farm, milk plant or milk depot and its immediate surroundings, the health of the dairy animals, the health and habits of the personnel employed, and the methods, facilities and equipment used in the production, handling, collection, processing, transporting or storage of milk, milk products and fluid milk products shall be such as to insure a safe supply.
