18A:64G-23. Transfer of employees All employees of the New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry are hereby transferred to the College of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Nothing in this act shall be considered to deprive any person of any tenure rights or of any right or protection provided him under any pension law or retirement system or any other law of this State.
