18A:64G-22. Transfer of appropriations and other moneys All appropriations, grants, and other moneys available and to become available to the New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry are hereby transferred to the College of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey established hereunder, and shall be available for the objects and purposes for which appropriated subject to any terms, restrictions, limitations or other requirements imposed by the State budget or by State and Federal law.
