Nevada Code § 90.457

Use of unregistered exchange by broker-dealer or representative prohibited

A broker-dealer or a
representative of a broker-dealer shall not use a securities exchange to effect
or report any transaction concerning a security unless the securities exchange
is registered with the Securities Division or is exempt from the requirements
for registration pursuant to NRS 90.453 .
