Nevada Code § 90.456

Fee for transactions

1. The Administrator may charge a fee not
to exceed 0.5 percent of the total value of each transaction involving the
purchase, sale or other transfer of a security conducted by a securities
exchange located in this State.
2. The Administrator may adopt by
regulation or order, and shall cause to be published, a table of fees based
upon the direct cost of regulating the securities exchange.
